Seminars Topics is a product (Here after product means seminars contents prepared using Word Document, PPT or PDF.) oriented business and due to nature of our business, we do not offer any refunds or money back for any of our product once it has been downloaded from www.seminarstopics.com.

Our effort is to try and offer you the best and quality product to your satisfaction.

Seminars Topics does not guarantee a full refund, If you change your mind after paying for a certain product, Seminars Topics will act only on the policy here within. Seminars Topics will refund according to the following guidelines:

  1. Seminars Topics will refund you in full if you paid for product and not downloaded it from our website.
  2. In the event that incorrect information was provided by you, Seminars Topics will not refund any amount.
  3. If you have downloaded product from website, Seminars Topics will not refund you any amount.
  4. If you are not satisfied with product(seminar) you downloaded from Seminars Topics website, you will not get refund.
  5. If you pay in advance for seminars and any point of time you think that you have extra balance in your account that you will no longer need, then we will refund you full amount which is there in your account at the time of payment.
  6. If you made multiple duplicate payments, sometimes this happens due various payment processing related issues, in this case we will refund you full amount which is there in your account.
  7. Seminars Topics may, in its absolute discretion, terminate the service it provides, any premium advertising and subscription which breaches any of these Terms and Conditions or where the user breaches any of these Terms or Conditions (and subject to any applicable laws), without refund.

Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by direct deposit to your nominated account. Refund payments may take up to seven (7) business days to be received.

If you don't want to continue using any of Seminars Topics services and wish to cancel or have any questions, comments or concerns about our refund and cancellation policy, you may contact us using Facebook Messenger. Be sure to include your full name, contact number and the reason of cancellation. *All refunds and cancellation requests must be made in writing. Your request will not be considered valid unless and until you receive confirmation from our billing department. The confirmation email or number given by the billing department of Seminars Topics will act as a proof of the cancellation of service.
