Cryogenic Treatment is process of cooling the material in cryogenic temperature range and maintained at this low temperature for several hours. In this thermal cycling process material experience a verifiable molecular reorganization. This reorganization removes “flaws” in the structure of the material making it more dense and uniform. This paper provides the experimental proof of the advantagesof ancient but innovative cryogenic treatment to the brake rotors of automobile vehicles. As we know now a days every time when you apply brake may become emergency event. so it is very important that your braking system should be effective and maintenance free. When the brake is applied to automobile vehicle frequently the liners and drum of brake wears out. One of the good solutions is cryogenic treatment. Cryogenic treatment provides very good improvement in wear resistance of the braking system and which last for longer time.
